The outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival, please note that GoBritanya reserves the right to cancel your booking if payment is not done 4 weeks prior to your arrival. The holding fee of £260 is non-refundable. Furthermore, the minimum age is 18 for all our residences and apartments. All residence accommodation is self-catering. Weekly rates include all bills. Laundry is available on-site for an extra charge. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed within the residences’ premises.
