International English Language Testing System (IELTS). The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is one of the top language exams ever developed. The listening, speaking, reading, and writing components make up the four parts of this test. Typically, applicants to Australian universities must have a score of at least 6.5. But because not all Australian universities have the same requirements, applicants with a 5.5 score may also be accepted.

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Universities in Australia also recognize the TOEFL exam. The four sections of this test are reading, speaking, listening, and writing. In contrast to IELTS, this test requires a much longer time to complete. To be eligible to apply to study in Australia from India, you must receive a minimum score of 46. 

Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic). All Australian universities recognize the Pearson Test of English Academic as a means of language assessment. This test has the same four sections as the first two: reading, speaking, listening, and writing. The test has a three-hour time limit for students. Australian colleges require applicants to have a minimum GPA of 42, although you should preferably strive for 50 to 64.

Certificate in Advanced English (CAE). There are four areas on this test: writing, listening, speaking, and reading including the use of English. A student has 3 hours and 55 minutes to complete the test. The time is divided as follows: the first two sections get 90 minutes each, the third section gets 40 minutes, and the last section gets 15 minutes. For this exam, a score of 162 is the minimum required.

Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). Analytical writing, integrated reasoning, quantitative reasoning, and verbal reasoning are the four areas of this test. The test has a 3-hour, 7-minute time limit for students to finish. There are various minimum score requirements for various Australian universities. However, scores over 600 are regarded as excellent on the GMAT.
