Does ETS release GRE past papers?
No. ETS does not release GRE past papers for the General Test. The Information Bulletin says test content is secure. It may not be removed, reproduced or disclosed under any circumstances. So there is no GRE past papers PDF from ETS, and no year-wise list. Real GRE question papers with answers from past years do not exist in any official form.
Why are there no GRE question papers with answers from past years?

GRE Previous Year Question Paper PDF: What You Can Download from ETS
There is no GRE previous year question paper PDF on the ETS site. GRE exam question papers cannot be downloaded as a file. The official PDFs for preparation are the Math Review, the calculator guidelines and the Information Bulletin. None of them holds a past paper.
