This page links only NEET UG exam question papers that NTA hosts itself. That keeps the list short. The NEET UG site archive holds the 2020 papers in many sets and languages. NTA says it uploaded all four sets of the 2026 re-exam paper on nta.ac.in. NTA hosts no NEET UG exam question paper 2025 or NEET UG question paper 2024 file that we could find. The NEET UG answer key page explains how the key process works.

Answer keys are different. NTA hosts answer keys for 2021, 2022, 2025 and 2026, and this page links each one. The NEET UG answer key page explains how the key process works.

Only a few. The archive page of the NEET UG site lists NEET UG exam question papers for 2020 only. NTA lists no paper for 2021 to 2025 there. Only files that NTA hosts count as official NEET UG exam question papers. These sit on the NEET UG site, on its file store at cdnbbsr.s3waas.gov.in, or on nta.ac.in.
Online, NEET UG exam question papers rebuilt from memory are not official, even if they look neat. Copies of NTA papers on other sites may also be changed, so open the NTA file. This page follows that limit. If NTA does not host a paper, this page does not link it.

No, we found no NEET UG exam question papers for 2024 or 2025 on 20 October 2026. NEET UG 2024 was held on 5 May 2024, with a re-test on 23 June 2024 for affected candidates. NEET UG 2025 was held on 4 May 2025. NTA hosts the 2025 answer keys, but not the NEET UG question paper 2025. The same holds for the NEET UG question paper 2024. Treat any NEET UG question paper 2025 PDF or 2024 file as unofficial unless NTA hosts it.
NTA does not publish worked solutions for NEET UG exam question papers. The NTA files we found are answer keys. An answer key lists only the correct option for each question number. A NEET UG question paper with solutions PDF found online is the work of whoever shares it. That holds for a NEET UG question paper 2025 with solutions. It also holds for a NEET UG question paper 2024 with solutions.
No. NTA hosts NEET UG exam question papers for 2020, and answer keys for 2021, 2022, 2025 and 2026. None of these is a question paper with solutions. A file titled "last 10 years NEET UG question papers with solutions" is compiled by whoever shares it. It may hold the NEET UG question paper 2024 or an older year. NTA has not checked its solutions.
Match each answer in a NEET UG question paper with solutions to the NTA key. Use the same year and the same booklet code. NTA lists a separate key for each booklet code, so read the code on your booklet cover first. The 2026 final key has four codes: 50, 60, 70 and 80. If a solution and the key disagree, the key wins.
Use the final key, not the provisional key. Answers can change after the challenge window. The NEET UG answer key page explains the challenge process.
NEET UG 2026 had two papers. NTA cancelled the exam held on 3 May 2026 and re-conducted it on 21 June 2026. The result and the final answer key follow the 21 June paper. Treat the 21 June paper as the NEET UG question paper 2026. Any NEET UG question paper 2026 PDF you use should match that date.

The provisional key of 6 May 2026 belongs to the cancelled exam, so do not use it to check answers. This page does not list the 3 May paper. These official files cover the re-exam:
Check the final key for dropped questions before you score yourself. As per the Information Bulletin, every candidate who appeared gets 4 marks for a dropped question.

Yes. NEET UG previous year question papers from 2020 still help with pattern, timing and negative marking. The 2020 booklet has 180 questions, 720 marks, 3 hours and one mark cut for each wrong answer. The 2025 and 2026 bulletins show the same 180 questions and 720 marks.
Check each question against the latest NEET UG syllabus. NEET UG exam question papers from 2020 may include topics listed differently now. The NTA archive lists no answer key for the 2020 papers. Use them for timing and not for answer checking.
NTA's NEET UG site lists no official sample paper or mock test as on 20 October 2026. So NEET UG sample papers with solutions do not come from NTA. Any NEET UG sample papers you find online are unofficial.
Use the NEET UG exam question papers of 2026 and 2020 as full-length mocks. They are real NTA papers, so they match the exam better than any set of NEET UG sample papers. Check the NEET UG site again after NTA releases the 2027 bulletin. Until a NEET UG 2027 question paper exists, the 2026 paper is the latest practice base.
A test-series paper is different from NEET UG exam question papers set by NTA. It is an unofficial practice set. The setter decides its difficulty and writes its solutions, and NTA has not reviewed it. Use such papers for practice, and check every disputed answer against your textbook and the syllabus. Any NEET UG question paper with solutions sold as a sample set is unofficial.
Solving NEET UG previous year question papers shows you the format, time pressure and marking before exam day. The 2026 pattern is 180 questions, 720 marks and 180 minutes. Biology has 90 questions, Physics 45 and Chemistry 45.
NTA has not announced the NEET UG 2027 mode. The 2026 exam was pen and paper. A move to computer-based testing is under consideration, but no decision is notified. Until then, solve NEET UG exam question papers on paper. If NTA changes the mode, add on-screen practice. Watch the NEET UG exam pattern page for updates.
Solve each of the NEET UG previous year question papers in one sitting of 180 minutes. Then check it against the official answer key. NTA has no NEET UG sample papers, so these real papers are your mocks. Follow these steps for every paper.
Of all NEET UG exam question papers here, only the 2026 re-exam paper has an NTA key to check against. For a 2020 paper, use the steps for timing and pattern practice. Repeat the steps for the NEET 2027 question paper once NTA releases it. Pick books for the weak units from the NEET UG books page.
NTA sets no number for NEET UG exam question papers. Only two sets of real papers are hosted: 2020 and 2026. Start with the 2026 re-exam paper, because its key is on NTA's site. Then solve one 2020 set under full timing. Keep a second 2020 set for the last month before the exam.
NTA has announced no NEET UG 2027 exam date, so no NEET UG 2027 question paper exists. A NEET 2027 question paper will appear only after the exam. In 2026, NTA said it uploaded the re-exam papers on 25 June, four days after the exam on 21 June. Check the NEET UG 2027 dates page for the latest position.
In 2026, 90,780 candidates scored 500 or more, so 487 is below that mark. Whether it is good depends on your category, your state and the seat type. A qualifying score is different from a seat-winning score. See the NEET UG cutoff page.
No. Someone rebuilds a memory-based paper from what candidates recall, even for a NEET UG question paper 2024 or 2025. Only NEET UG exam question papers hosted by NTA are official. Use a memory-based paper for practice only, and never to check an answer.

It starts with research, where each fact is checked on the official source. A second, independent source is then used to confirm that the fact is correct and the latest. Third-party sites are used only to spot differences and are never treated as a source. Before writing, the team studies what students actually search for and what the top results leave out. This study covers Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, including AI answers and “People also ask” questions. Pages written by Atul are in plain English that can be understood in one read, and they open with the question the reader is most likely to have. Before a page goes live, every number, name, date, and fact is checked again against its official source. Finally, an editor reads and humanises every page, however good the draft is. Atul believes that advice on education should be simple, honest, and based on official facts. Fees and figures should come with their source. A student should be told clearly when a college is not the right fit.
