Cambridge Exam Preparation for Elementary level (C1 Advanced) Docklands Academy London

The course is designed for students who want to take the Cambridge C1 Advanced exam.

This is an advanced qualification at C1 Level of the Common European Framework Reference (CEFR).

The C1 Advanced is accepted by universities for students wishing to start postgraduate studies.

Docklands Academy, London (DAL) is a modern English Language and Higher Education Academy close to London’s financial district in Canary Wharf, with students from many countries.

English Language Courses are from beginner to advanced levels in General English, English for Specific Purposes, Preparation for IELTS and Cambridge English: First (FCE) or Advanced (CAE). We offer English courses all year round for adults and students who are 16 years or older. We also offer English summer school programmes for groups of children from 10-15 years of age.

As a Higher Education Academy, we offer Pearson Accredited Higher National Certificate (HNC) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business, Hospitality Management and International Travel and Tourism Management courses as well as Vocational courses in CIEH Food Safety, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. Students can use the library and IT facilities or relax and eat in cafeteria. During break times students can walk along the waterside just outside the Academy, or sit on the grass in good weather by the dock and watch the water sports.
