Year Two: Financial Administration, Construction Industry Procurement, Construction Approaches in Medium and Large Buildings, Project Management for Medium and Large Buildings, Site Project Management, Construction Planning for Medium and Large Buildings, Building Services, Measurement of Services and Civils, Practicum (160 hours of industry placement). Domestic: Successful completion of NCEA Level 2, including: 12 credits in Mathematics(excluding statistics), a minimum of 12 literacy credits at NCEA Level 1, or above. International: Successful completion of one year of tertiary study in the fields of either architecture, business, construction or quantity surveying and/or one year work experience within the industry. Students holding an overseas High School Diploma will be required to undertake and interview with the TII Principal as a further condition to their acceptance. English Requirements:
