Canada College is founded on the principles of academic excellence, professional support and student success. It accompanies its students in their process of development and integration into Quebec and Canadian society. The college also aims to create a healthy, safe and cooperative environment for its staff. Thus, the college aims at the harmonious development of pedagogical practices while respecting the students, the staff and their professional practices.
Canada College has been known as a private college for many years. The Canada College obtained its teaching permit on July 13, 2012 from the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology (MESRST), which is now recognized as the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEES). After obtaining this permit, the Canada College finally opened its doors to students by offering its first college program, an AEC in database administration (LEA.CC). Subsequently, the Canada College has enriched the services offered to students by introducing five new AEC programs over the years.
All programs offered to students include significant theoretical and practical learning. The Canada College strongly believes in the importance of both types of learning in order to provide a full and complete education, allowing graduates to better start their professional careers. The Canada College is proud to build on this philosophy and to pass it on to those who will have the opportunity to become part of its community.
Canada College is located in the heart of downtown Montreal. It is close to many services such as medical and dental clinics, hospitals, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, libraries, parks, etc. In addition, there are many jobs available close to campus which reduces the amount of travel students have to make. The proximity of the college to all its services allows students to devote more time to their studies in order to better succeed academically while meeting their other needs.
Canada College has many job openings at all levels of operation in both teaching and administration. For teaching positions, Canada College is looking for full-time teachers (preferably) in all six programs offered by the college. For administrative positions, Canada College is also looking for candidates who can work full time.
Canada College is looking for people who are willing to get involved in the educational project of their college in order to improve the service offered to students.
