Job Description

Role Overview: 

The Vice President – Transnational Education (TNE) Partnerships is responsible for leading  and expanding MSM Group’s global TNE initiatives, including dual degrees, articulation  agreements, offshore campuses, and academic collaborations between institutions. This  role focuses on forging impactful academic partnerships that enhance MSM’s value  proposition in international higher education, drive institutional growth, and expand access  to quality education across borders.

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Partnership Development 

  • Identify and establish long-term TNE partnerships with universities, colleges,  government agencies, and educational consortia across multiple regions. Build and manage a strong pipeline of TNE opportunities including twinning  programs, dual degrees, 2+2, 3+1, franchise models, and joint research initiatives. Global Academic Engagement
  • Represent MSM Group in academic forums, institutional events, and international  education summits to promote MSM’s TNE initiatives and brand visibility. Act as a liaison between academic partners and internal teams to ensure the smooth  execution of academic collaborations.

Contracting & Institutional Alignment 

  • Lead the end-to-end contracting process for TNE agreements including MOUs,  articulation frameworks, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Align all TNE partnerships with academic integrity, regulatory requirements, and  accreditation standards in both home and host countries.

Program Design & Commercialization 

  • Collaborate with partner institutions to co-design market-responsive, globally  relevant academic programs.
  • Support pricing, delivery model, student mobility pathways, and cross-border  academic credit transfer frameworks.

Stakeholder & Government Engagement 

  • Build relationships with government bodies, regulators, accreditation agencies, and  embassy officials to ensure the success and legitimacy of TNE models.
  • Lead high-level policy discussions and strategic collaborations to promote cross border academic exchange and institutional internationalization.

Monitoring & Evaluation 

  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of  each TNE partnership.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure quality assurance, academic  standards, and student satisfaction.

Qualifications: 

  • 15+ years of experience in higher education partnerships, international relations, or  academic program development with a strong focus on transnational education. Demonstrated success in building, negotiating, and managing global academic  partnerships across multiple countries.
  • In-depth knowledge of international education systems, regulatory frameworks, and  quality assurance protocols.

  • Collaborative Orientation: Works effectively with academic, legal, marketing, and  operations teams to drive outcomes.
