The growth of the tourism and gastronomic sector led us to promote our school by offering Middle and Higher Degree training cycles in cooking and tourism, Master’s degrees for kitchen management or accommodation management, European Diplomas or courses of all kinds for employees and unemployed in the sector .
Since 2014, our objective is to expand the academic possibilities of the hotel-gastronomic branch in the Valencian Community, and they are proud to be able to say that 6 years later about a thousand students have left our school to join the world of work.
They have 500 m2 in kitchen and pastry area and 500 m2 of theoretical classrooms where you can develop your gastronomic and hotel capacity in a real work environment . It is an innovative teaching model made up of prestigious professionals and on which Vocational Training focuses on preparing students for the transition from their training stage to the job market.
The main objective is for students to acquire work, professional and educational experience at an international level that allows them to have a broader vision of companies and their clients in a totally globalized business world.
One of the determining factors when deciding to study with us is the possibility of training alongside renowned teachers . These teachings will be reflected in training practices that students will carry out in restaurants and hotels of the highest level, together with chefs as successful as Alejandro del Toro, Ricard Camarena or Quique Dacosta and hotels of category 4 and 5 stars higher.
