IDRAC (Institut de Recherche et d'Action Commerciale) was created in Paris in 1965 by Jean TRANCART (work psychologist) and Guy FREUDET (business executive) with the central objective of offering young high school graduates operational training in commercial professions on an educational model different from traditional training models.
