CY Tech, formerly EISTI, is a French graduate engineering school created in 1983. It is located across three campuses and specialises in the fields of computer science, applied mathematics, biotechnology, chemistry and civil engineering. The college is a member of the University of Paris-Seine.

Located in Cergy and Pau, CY Tech brings together the EISTI (benchmark engineering school founded in 1983 specializing in applied mathematics, computer science and finance) as well as the UFR Sciences et Techniques and the UFR Économie et Management of the University of Cergy-Pontoise, which became CY Cergy Paris University in 2020.
