Darwin is the capital of the Northern Territory which is often referred to as the ‘Top End’ of Australia. Darwin is a very laid back and liveable city with a population of approximately 140,000 very friendly people. It has a multi-cultural vibe and has students from all over the world studying there.

There is a lot to see and do in Darwin and surrounding areas including the very famous Mindil Beach markets, Kakadu National Park, famous natural hot water springs suitable for swimming, a very popular waterfront area with a wave pool, shopping, restaurants providing food from all over the world and it has an exciting nightlife to experience. Darwin also has public libraries, international communities and many support services available for international students.

Students studying in Darwin will also learn a lot about the Australian Aboriginal culture which is considered as one of the world’s oldest civilizations.

The Campus is located at 4 Shepherd Street in the Darwin CBD and is close to public transport, cafes and restaurants. Student accommodation is easy to find and education, accommodation, public transport and overall living costs are considerably lower here than in Australia’s other major cities like Sydney and Melbourne.

We meet the standards agreed to by the Australian Government. Currently, our Campuses are located in Darwin, the capital of the Northern Territory of Australia and the Gold Coast in Queensland. In late 2020 Alana Kaye College won the Northern Territory Chief Minister’s Export Award for being the International Education Provider demonstrating resilience and forward-thinking during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We were also awarded the Northern Territory Chief Minister’s Award and was a national finalist for the Emerging Exporter of the Year in 2019. This was based on our strong growth and ability to attract international students to the Northern Territory of Australia. Our reputation as a quality educational facility was a contributing factor in this award. Alana Kaye College has been a finalist in the Northern Territory Training Awards in 2013, 2015 and 2018.
