๐Ÿ›  Project: Agent Onboarding Flow Rebuild
"

I came in expecting to fix bugs. By week 3 I was the lead engineer on rebuilding the entire agent onboarding flow. It's now live, used by 12,000 agents across 30 countries. I put it in my first LinkedIn post and got 3 job offers I turned down. I stay here.

๐ŸŽฏ Measured Outcome Rebuilt onboarding cut drop-off by 34%. Shipped to production in 6 weeks. Lucas received a full-time offer 4 weeks before his internship ended.
๐Ÿ“ฃ Project: APAC Student Acquisition Campaign

"I pitched a TikTok-first content strategy to the VP of Marketing in my third week. She said go for it. We ran it across Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam โ€” 2.3M impressions, 18% above target CPL."

๐ŸŽฏ Outcome: Campaign exceeded KPIs in all 3 markets. Zara's framework is now the template for all APAC digital campaigns.

Our Culture. Our Pace.
No Sugarcoating.

We'd rather you know exactly what you're walking into than overpromise and underdeliver. Here's the real picture.

โšก
We Move Fast
Decisions are made in days, not committees. You'll be expected to keep up.
Ambiguity is the norm. You'll define your own brief, not wait for one.
If you're most comfortable with structured, slow-moving environments โ€” this will stretch you. Deliberately.
Speed doesn't mean sloppiness. We ship fast because we set clear standards upfront.
This is not a criticism. Speed is how we serve students better, faster.
๐ŸŒ
Global Is the Default
You'll work with colleagues across 5 time zones. Async communication is a skill we expect you to have โ€” or develop quickly.
Cultural sensitivity is non-negotiable. Curiosity about people different from you is a hiring criterion.
Your users may be in Lagos, Manila, or Dublin. Build for them, not for yourself.
English is the working language โ€” but we actively celebrate multilingual teams.
40+ nationalities means 40+ ways of thinking. That's our competitive edge.
๐ŸŽฏ
High Ownership = High Accountability
You own your project. That means you own the result โ€” good or bad. We support you, but we don't rescue you.
Proactively flag blockers. Waiting to be asked is not acceptable. Ask before you're stuck, not after.
We celebrate intelligent failure โ€” trying something bold that didn't work โ€” over safe mediocrity.
Accountability isn't punitive here. It's how we treat you like a professional.
๐Ÿ’ฌ
Radical Feedback Culture
You'll get real feedback, not just praise. Interns who thrive here are ones who seek it out, not avoid it.
Your mentor will tell you when work isn't good enough โ€” and exactly how to make it better.
You're expected to give feedback up too. Challenge your manager's thinking if you have a better idea. We mean that.
The best feedback we've received has come from interns. Always.

Intern working

Questions are the sign of someone who thinks.

We get a lot of good ones. Here are the answers โ€” straight, no spin.

No Vague Answers.
Just the Truth.

What does "real ownership" actually mean in practice?

It means: you have a brief, a budget (where applicable), stakeholders, and a deadline. No one is assigned to hold your hand. You present progress weekly, flag blockers early, and deliver. If you need to change the brief, you own that conversation too. Real ownership means real accountability โ€” and real credit when it works.

What does the full-time offer process look like?

We evaluate interns against objectives set in Week 1, not against a vague gut feeling. At Week 6 you get a scored mid-point review. By Week 10 you've presented to leadership. By Week 11 you get our decision โ€” with a written rationale either way. If we're offering, you get a role title, level, and comp package. No "we'll be in touch."

Do I need a specific degree or background?

No. We hire for the ability to think, own, and execute โ€” not for your major or university brand. We've hired interns from liberal arts, economics, CS, design, and everything in between. Show us how you think, what you've done, and why this specific role excites you. That's the bar.

Is this remote-friendly or do I need to relocate?

Most roles have a hybrid option โ€” split between home and our Dubai or Gurugram offices. Some roles (BD, Partnerships) are better in-office for their first few weeks. Fully remote options exist for select engineering and data roles. We'll tell you clearly in the job brief โ€” no bait-and-switch on location.

How competitive is the application process?

Competitive, but not opaque. We receive a high volume of applications and move quickly โ€” roles often fill within 3 weeks of opening. Our process is: short application form โ†’ 20-min culture screen โ†’ skills conversation โ†’ offer. No 8-stage gauntlet. We want people who want to work, not people who are good at interviewing.

Can international students apply?

Yes. 40+ nationalities work at MSM Unify. We actively recruit globally. For remote roles, we hire anywhere. For in-office roles, we discuss visa support case-by-case for strong candidates. We won't promise something we can't deliver โ€” but we've supported international hires before and will again.
