MDI Gurgaon Overview
MDI Gurgaon was set up by the MDI Society, which was registered on 17 May 1972, and it runs a 35-acre campus on Mehrauli Road in Sukhrali, Gurugram. The Government of Haryana allotted the land on 16 May 1975. MDI Gurgaon runs ten programmes, from the two-year PGDM to the doctoral FPM. It has about 13,000 alumni across 54 countries, as per the institute.
AICTE approves Management Development Institute Gurgaon for 2026-27 as a private self-financing institute. AICTE also lists it under Graded Autonomy, Category I, from 12 August 2025.

MDI Gurgaon courses are all postgraduate or doctoral, and MDI Gurgaon offers no undergraduate course. The MDI Gurgaon courses list has ten programmes in three groups. Read the MDI Gurgaon cutoff as the first filter and not as a guarantee. A CAT percentile of about 95 or more makes you a safe candidate for the PGDM. The MDI Gurgaon expected cutoff for CAT 2026 is an estimate of 95 to 96 and not an MDI figure, and the MDI Gurgaon previous year cutoff has risen each year. The batch average was 97 for 2025-27.
