The IPM fee for Batch 2026-31 is Rs 17.10 lakh in tuition. It is Rs 17.55 lakh in all for the first three years, over nine terms. The extra Rs 45,000 has three parts. They are the caution deposit of Rs 20,000, the alumni fee of Rs 10,000 and a student activity fee of Rs 15,000. The fee for years 4 and 5 equals the two-year MBA fee at that time. Mess is extra. Yes, if you win a place. The Merit Scholarship covers 50% of annual tuition for 18 students a year. The Merit-cum-Means Scholarship covers 25 students a year and is worth about Rs 1 crore in all. Government schemes such as the Top Class Education scheme for ST students can also help with IIM Ranchi fees. IIM Ranchi fees are a large sum, so check every aid.
IIM Ranchi fees are refundable in full, less Rs 1,000, only if you withdraw before classes begin. After classes begin, there is no refund, except the caution deposit and the alumni fee. Refunds are made within 60 days of the notified commencement date.
