Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow admits candidates into three PGDM programmes. The route is a common application, an entrance score, and an invitation-only interview (Jaipuria Admissions). The admissions page does not publish a specific application-open date. It does not publish a last date to apply, or a GD-PI calendar, for the current cycle either. This is a genuine gap on the official site, not a figure omitted here.
This process suits an applicant comfortable submitting a score from any of five accepted exams. They should also be comfortable with an invitation-based interview, not a fixed-date counselling round. Anyone who needs firm calendar dates before applying should look closely here. Contact the admissions office directly, since the website does not state exact dates. See the Jaipuria Lucknow overview page for how this admission route fits with the college's fees and placement record.

Jaipuria Lucknow does not publish this number or proportion. Invitations are based on the aptitude test score, but no published shortlisting ratio exists on the official site.
Jaipuria Lucknow runs its own institute-level shortlisting and interview process. It does not go through a central counselling body, unlike some CAT-linked common counselling routes. Shortlisting is by invitation, based on the aptitude test score. Final selection follows the composite weightage above (Jaipuria Admissions).
Entrance exam scorecard, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, and degree marksheets and certificate, or proof of provisional eligibility. Add work-experience certificates where applicable.

Jaipuria Lucknow does not publish a fixed cutoff percentile. The entrance test score is 45% of a composite selection score. The cutoff page linked above covers the full breakdown, including what third-party estimated ranges do and do not tell you.
As a private institute, Jaipuria Lucknow's admissions page does not publish a category-wise reservation table for its PGDM seats. This covers SC, ST, OBC and EWS. The published eligibility and selection weightage apply as stated. No separate reservation percentage is disclosed.
No category-wise reservation table is published on the official admissions page, unlike centrally funded institutions.
Jaipuria Lucknow does not publish a direct-admission route. Every applicant needs a valid CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT or GMAT score. No route bypasses this requirement.
No. Every applicant needs a valid CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT or GMAT score, with no route that bypasses this.
A CAT-linked merit scholarship ladder runs up to ₹5,00,000, for a 90%+ score. It draws from a stated group-wide ₹10 crore pool. Awards go first-come, first-served, after the first fee instalment (Jaipuria Lucknow Admissions). This ladder is for the 2026-28 batch, and Jaipuria has not published one for 2027-29 yet. See the Jaipuria Lucknow scholarship page for the full ladder and how to apply.
Jaipuria Lucknow PGDM tuition (₹15,25,000, 2027-29 batch) equals about 20 months of median pay (₹9,00,000, 2024-25 batch). With two years of hostel in an AC double room, the cost is ₹17,95,000. That equals about 24 months of the median pay. The fee and the pay come from different batches, because these are the latest published figures. Read the details on the Jaipuria Lucknow fees and Jaipuria Lucknow placements pages.

| Top-20% average, all four campuses (2024-26) | ₹13,18,000 | 14 |
| Top-10% average, all four campuses (2024-26) | ₹14,70,000 | 12 |
| Highest package, all four campuses (2024-26) | ₹24,11,000 | 8 |
Months are the ₹15,25,000 tuition divided by one month of the yearly pay. The pay is before tax, and the figure ignores living cost and loan interest. With hostel included, the same rows give 24, 16, 15 and 9 months. The median comes from the and is for Lucknow alone, so read it first. The other three rows come from the Jaipuria placements page and cover all four campuses. The highest package is a single offer.
To recover the ₹15,25,000 tuition in 24 months, you need about ₹7,62,500 a year. For 36 months, you need about ₹5,08,333 a year. The formula is yearly pay needed = cost × 12 ÷ months. With hostel (₹17,95,000), you need about ₹8,97,500 for 24 months and ₹5,98,333 for 36 months. The Lucknow median of ₹9,00,000 clears the 24-month mark on tuition alone. With hostel, it only just reaches it. GST is charged extra on tuition and its amount is not published, so the real figures are a little higher.
A CAT award of ₹5,00,000 cuts the tuition to ₹10,25,000, or about 14 months of median pay. The table shows every published award. They are for the 2026-28 batch, and Jaipuria has not published a 2027-29 ladder yet. Awards go first-come, first-served after the first instalment, so none is guaranteed. Jaipuria does not say how an award is applied, so the table assumes it reduces tuition rupee for rupee. Ask the admission office to confirm. See the Jaipuria Lucknow scholarship page for the full ladder.
| Award | Tuition after award | Months of median pay |
|---|---|---|
| CAT 90% and above (₹5,00,000) | ₹10,25,000 | 14 |
| CAT 80% to 90% (₹3,50,000) | ₹11,75,000 | 16 |
| CAT 70% to 80% (₹2,50,000) | ₹12,75,000 | 17 |
| MAT, CMAT or XAT 90% and above (₹1,50,000) | ₹13,75,000 | 18 |
Loan example (not an offer): Jaipuria is on SBI's approved list for the Scholar Loan. SBI's letter to Jaipuria Lucknow is dated 12 March 2026. It gives a current effective rate of 7.20% a year, which can change (). Take a loan of ₹15,25,000 with 10 years of repayment. The letter gives no tenure, so 10 years is our assumption. The monthly EMI is about ₹17,864. That is about 24% of the median monthly pay of ₹75,000 before tax. Over 10 years, you repay about ₹21,43,696, and ₹6,18,696 of it is interest. Interest during the course is not counted, so the amount owed will be higher.
Most Lucknow graduates get placed, and the median pay equals the tuition in about 20 months. The pay is modest against the fee, so the fit depends on your plan. In the 2024-25 batch, 341 of 351 graduates were placed, about 97%. Four took higher studies. Six are in neither group (NIRF 2026 data). Getting placed is therefore not the main risk. The size of the pay is.
The median rose about 2.4% in a year, from ₹8,79,000 for 2023-24 graduates to ₹9,00,000. Pay is growing slowly, and the 2027-29 batch will graduate only in 2029. Jaipuria publishes no Lucknow top-10% average, so the gap between its median and its top offers is not known. The combined top-10% average of ₹14.7 LPA and the highest of ₹24.11 LPA are shown for context only.
A fresher who wants a finance, banking or consulting role fits this data best. Banking and financial services took 37% of the combined hiring, and consulting and research took 13%. Check twice if you want a high first-year salary. Check twice if a loan EMI of about 24% of pay worries you. Working professionals should also check twice. A professional who earns ₹9,00,000 gives up about ₹18,00,000 of pay over two years, on top of the fee.
Jaipuria's fee page says graduates earn more than their investment in the first year. The published median of ₹9,00,000 is lower than the ₹15,25,000 tuition. Ask the admission office what that line means. The ratio also leaves out GST, mess and living cost, and tax on pay. Jaipuria publishes no pay by programme, so no one can say if PGDM (Financial Services) pays more than general PGDM.
