Overview

The associate degree curriculum comprises two years of university level study in a variety of academic areas. Students are required to complete a broad range of course offerings balanced with in-depth study in specific disciplines.The degree is designed to provide an educational experience that prepares students for life as an educated person, and to lay a solid foundation for further study.

Students will be exposed to a program of study that seeks to develop:

Coast Mountain College

Coast Mountain College (previously known as Northwest Community College) is a publicly funded, government accredited, public post-secondary educational institution. Founded in 1975, the College serves 11 communities in the spectacularly beautiful Northwestern region of British Columbia, Canada. It is a student-centred college offering a full range of academic degree, diploma, and certificate programmes in Arts, Business, Health, and Science for international students—all of which provide excellent exposure to Canadian life and culture.

The Applied Coastal Ecology programme delivers the applied biological & ecological skills needed to work in coastal ecosystems.
